How do I place an order?

Add your chosen item(s) to the cart. Select the size (Larger sizes coming soon). Colour white preselected (other colours coming soon). Select your country and proceed to checkout. Make your payment via Paypal or Credit/Debit card. Its that simple. Happy shopping :)

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer worldwide shipping at the moment. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, USA, France and Spain. However, were are aware there are Cotton Cutie girls worldwide wanting our products and in time we hope to ship everywhere.

How quick is delivery?

Please allow 3-7 business days to process and dispatch you order.

What is your Returns Policy?

We will refund or exchange any item still in resalable (unworn) condition if the customer notifies us by email indicating the reason within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will process refunds and exchanges upon return of the original item purchased. All returns must be accompanied with a note stating the reason for return or if for an exchange, note the new model and size. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will take place approximately 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.
